Introduction to Sound Healing

This fascinating day will look at sound and its' healing power. Our voice is intrinsic to us and yet most of us have no awareness of actively using it for healing. We will cover basic toning with the voice (singing is not required!) and we will also look at crystal bowls, chimes and tuning forks.

On a practical level, you will leave the day being able to balance the chakras by toning and the day will end with group healing sessions using the voice.

Crystals and Reiki Workshop

This is workshop will explore how reiki energy and crystals can be used together to create a more indepth healing experience and enable stronger and more defined personal and spiritual development. We'll also look at programming crystals to hold specific purposes and empowering those aspirations with reiki. You must be attuned to at least Reiki 1 to attend this workshop and it is important to note that this day will not qualify you to work with crystals professionally with clients - you must have a Crystal Therapy Practitioner Qualification to incorporate crystals into your professional practice.
